Know where to ride
State forests are classified for OHV use. Make sure you know the classification and what it means when you ride in a state forest.
Closed: OHVs are not permitted in the state forest.
Limited: OHVs may use state forest roads and trails that are posted open to their use
Managed: OHVs may use state forest roads and trails that are not posted closed to their use.
